He speaks both in India and abroad on topics of long-term consequences. His writing journey includes authoring textbooks, novel, non-fiction, biographies, and thought-leadership documents. The Vice-President of India has released two of his books.

As an evangelist of Skill India and Digital India initiatives, has addressed students and educators across the country around 1100 times. He has published several research papers in international journals and published thought leadership articles in renowned magazines and newspapers.

Dr Anbuthambi holds a Post Graduation in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, finishing with a third rank in his batch. He completed his PhD in Management, and his doctoral thesis was on employability skills. He is a member of the Governing Council and Board of Studies in various Higher Education Institutions across India.
